Instead of hitting 100 balls, practice for 30–45 minutes using set drills.
This keeps your focus sharp and avoids the fatigue that leads to bad habits.

Try things like:

10 minutes short game
15 minutes technical swing work

10 minutes routine practice with your driver
Structured time = quality reps.
