James Whitaker

James Whitaker is a UK PGA member, who graduated from the University of Birmingham. James is a well-respected coach, who has worked with all levels of golfers. He is a Nike Golf Ambassador with a great reputation for custom fitting, having fit over 50 tour pros and leading amateurs.

James has coached at and run 2 PGA Golf Academies in the UK. He first spent time at the world renowned Belfry working with some of the leading coaches in England and spending time with some of the greatest teachers in the world. From here he moved on to set up the PGA Academy at Oulton Hall, also starting the first Nike Golf Academy in Europe.

Since then James has set up The JWhitaker Golf Academy in West Yorkshire, at the prestigious Moor Allerton Golf Club and Howley Hall Golf Club venues.

As Director of Golf at JWhitaker Golf, James uses his modern teaching methods to ensure you achieve your golfing goals, whatever they might be.
